The Meeting Progress (Live) panel tracks the shape of the conversation as it unfolds — so decisions and follow-ups are captured without hand-written notes.

What it tracks

• • 📍 Current Active Topic — what the meeting is about right now, updated automatically as it shifts.
• • Catch Me Up — an instant summary of everything discussed so far, for when you join late or step away.
• • ⏳ Awaiting Response — open questions the assistant heard, with who asked and a status (Pending / Discussing / Answered?). Resolve or Park each one.
• • ✅ Key Decisions Made — decisions captured in real time.
• • 📋 Real-Time Action Items — action items as they're committed.
• • ⏸ Parked Items — tangents and unanswered questions set aside (tagged Tangent / Question / Auto / Manual); flagged when a parked topic ↩ came up again, with Promote or Dismiss.
• • Full Narrative Recap — a running, plain-language recap. Pick a Template to control how it reads, and Sync to refresh it.

Watch

The Watch section is quiet awareness of pressure moments — interpersonal dynamics like repeated interruptions or a topic raised without resolution. Alerts collect here unobtrusively during the meeting, and a Pressure Moments & Watchlist section appears in the post-meeting summary.
