Upcoming meetings & reminders

  • Upcoming meetings appear with a one-click Record that pre-fills the meeting title and attendees.
  • Reminders notify you a configurable number of minutes before a meeting begins.
  • • Choose how many days ahead to show.

Calendar sync reads only event metadata (title, time, attendees).

Teams auto-record

Separately from the calendar, MS Teams auto-record can start recording the moment a Teams meeting is detected and stop when it ends — on macOS and Windows. Toggle it under Settings → General & Recording.

Detection is deliberately conservative: a call has to hold sustained real-time media traffic across several checks before it counts, so browsing Teams, a notification, or waking your machine from sleep will not trip a recording. Zoom, Webex, Slack, and Discord calls are detected too (macOS), but only to label the sidebar badge and pre-select the right capture source — they do not start a recording on their own.
