Mobile companion for iOS and Android

A free companion app — no account, no in-app purchase — that records on its own and pairs with the desktop over your local network. Conversations you have away from your desk land in the same searchable library as everything else, and the phone doubles as a second screen for the live transcript, translation, and assistant.

In-person meeting mode on the desktop

The desktop app is built around calls today. In-person mode points the same assistant at the room in front of you: mic capture with speaker separation, live topic tracking, and the same decisions and action items you get from a call — with nothing to invite and no screen to share.

Google Meet, Zoom, and Webex auto-detection

RecorderDesk will notice the moment a Google Meet, Zoom, or Webex call starts and offer a one-tap record, with the matching calendar event and attendees already attached. It stays a suggestion — the mic never starts on its own, and no bot joins the call.

Traced topics and action items, with fact-checking

Every decision and action item gets a trace back to the moment it was said, so you can jump from a one-line summary to the exact exchange behind it. The assistant will also check claims made in the meeting against your project context and earlier recordings, and flag the ones that disagree.

Ask across every recording

Ask once and get an answer drawn from your whole library instead of a single meeting — “what did we decide about pricing”, “who owns the migration”, “when did this first come up”. Answers cite the meetings and moments they came from, so you can check them.

RecorderDesk as an MCP server

RecorderDesk already connects out to MCP tools. This turns the connection around and makes your meetings something other agents can query — Claude, or anything else that speaks MCP — within permissions you set, with every request written to the same audit trail as everything else that leaves your device.

Reports on how the meeting actually ran

Past the summary, into the shape of the meeting itself: how topics branched and doubled back, when each agenda item was actually discussed and for how long, and who did the talking. The kind of thing that shows one item quietly ate half the hour, or that two people never got a word in.
